Many young people experience mental health issues and these can impact your family, school, and social life. Figuring out who you are and managing everyday life can be really difficult, and then there’s the physical changes and emotional ups and downs along the way.
A lot of young people don’t seek support for a variety of reasons, including the belief that it’s a sign of weakness to ask for help.
With 15-years experience working in Canberra secondary schools, we are very experienced in supporting young people with a broad range of needs including managing social issues (peer pressure, bullying, conflict, relationships) and managing their emotions (anger, sadness, anxiety, stress etc.).
